We are blessed with glorious weather this entire long weekend (and they say if you have tons of sunshine on your birthday, you've been really good this year - Happy Birthday Natalochko!). Today is the perfect day to enjoy the brunch outside, whether it's with a yoghurt parfait or these giant homemade Coconut Brown Butter Cookies from Smitten Kitchen. The cookies are incredible: chewy, crispy, coconutty, not overly sweet. We've used only the third of recommended ingredients, and still ended up with a huge batch.
