Laduree macarons

Over last few business trips to Paris, we have become addicted to the freshest, melt-in-your-mouth tiny pieces of heaven called Laduree macaroons. If you are in London or Berlin, you have a chance to taste these beauties anytime of the year, and for the rest of us, well, we always have Paris CDG airport. The macaroons are so fresh, they need to be eaten within 48 hours. We are now looking for just the perfect recipe to try make these at home - stay tuned!
